Schools, colleges and universities send staff and students all over the world. One of the principal concerns for all of these institutions is the safety of those under its care. They will have robust travel and personal accident insurance in place, but these policies don't cover a broad range of security risks. Response24 has been designed to address this gap, providing a suite of security services, ranging from travel advice and risk analysis, through to deployment, extraction and post-incident support.

Example:

A college has organised a field trip to North Africa during the summer. Upon arrival, the group comprising of staff and students travel to their hotel. After dinner, the students are allowed to go out in small groups to explore the city, under the agreement that they return at an agreed time. Later that evening the staff at the hotel receive news that a large anti-government protest has erupted in the centre of the city. One group of students has not yet returned and is unaccounted for. Fearing for their safety, the staff call response24, who immediately deploy a consultant to the area. Meanwhile, one of the students has used the SOS feature on the response24 app, alerting the 24/7 alarm centre to their exact location. This assisted the consultant in tracking the students down and escorting them to a place of safety until they can be reunited with the rest of their party.
